This painting was done of a beautiful tiger I fell in love with from the Black Pine Animal Sanctuary in Indiana. They had to relocate all their animals quite suddenly as the landlords hiked their rents. Ceasar really didn't want to move and died the very last day the park was open to public in it's old location.
Just as I finished his picture too! He was old for a tiger and had been rescued from appalling conditions and had a good life there, but it was still sad!
