Down in a flowery meadow full of daisies and poppies a chestnut horse leans down to a blue roan cocker spaniel, noses almost touching. This work is framed in a cream mount and thin silver wood and glass frame.It's part of a project I did for a demonstration at Aylmerton Festival on June 23rd 2007. I did this scene in all the different media I use, so in addition to this one in soft pastel there will be watercolours, acrylic, oils, oil pastel (which I completed at the demo) and one in encaustic beeswax.
