We maintain the privacy of our users and the security of any personal information received from you. If you register for any of the Services you will be asked to provide basic personal information. The information provided by you is not available for sale or use by third parties in any way. The information is used solely for notifying you of changes or updates to the Website and its Services.

If you place an order or become a registered artist you give us:

  • your company name
  • the assurance that you have read and wish to abide by our terms and conditions

Your email address is used to send you your order confirmations. We do not sell, rent, lend or in any other way release your email address to any organisations unconnected with Platinum Gallery.

If you choose to purchase, you may choose to pay online. In this case the following privacy statements apply.

Our payment systems are run by Pay-pal, an internationally recognised secure credit card authorisation firm. Your card details and address information are collected and stored by Pay-pal, not by Platinum Gallery. Their terms and conditions apply and can be found at http://www.paypal.co.uk


Complaints

We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service. However, if you feel you would like to complain about any matter please e-mail Matt Ware at info@PlatinumGallery.co.uk. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case you will at least receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days whilst we work to resolve your complaint.

We review our privacy policy regularly to ensure the security of our site and your data.
